Our Service Fees
As an independent travel agency, we charge a service fee for the booking assistance we provide. This fee is in addition to the base airline fare and any taxes or fees charged by the airline.

What's Included in Prices Shown on Our Website
The prices displayed on our flight search results are estimated base fares sourced from third-party data providers. They may not include:
- Our service fee
- Baggage fees (set by the airline)
- Seat selection fees (set by the airline)
- Taxes that vary by booking time
Your agent will provide a complete, all-inclusive price before you authorize any booking.
Airline Fees
In addition to our service fee, airlines may charge their own fees for:
- Checked and carry-on baggage
- Seat selection and upgrades
- Ticket changes and cancellations
- Same-day flight changes
These airline fees are set by the respective airline, not by FlightAssistHub. We will inform you of any known airline fees before booking.
Refund Policy
Our service fee: Our service fee is non-refundable once the booking has been completed and confirmed. If the booking cannot be completed for any reason, no service fee will be charged.
Airline ticket refunds: Refund eligibility for the airline ticket itself is determined by the airline's refund policy, not by FlightAssistHub. We can assist you with initiating a refund request with the airline, subject to their terms and conditions.
24-hour cancellation: Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, most airline tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the flight is at least 7 days away. If you cancel within this window, we will also waive our service fee.
